Proud Kaurna man and the Program Manager within the newly formed Heritage, Environment and Repatriation department of RAWsa.
My background is in Project Management and Community Engagement across government and private industry.
Throughout my career I have been privileged to work with Kaurna elders and emerging leaders in a number of capacities. I see this role as a new opportunity for me to continue my own journey of learning about my people and culture.
I believe that by working together in partnership we can ensure that appropriate heritage mitigation is in place and the culture and values of the Traditional Owners of South Australia are meaningfully included within projects impacting their lands.
Ross is an experienced civil and construction professional with an exceptional reputation for safety, delivery and leadership. Ross brings over 25 years’ of experience across medium to major projects including managing site delivery teams on projects such as Urban Superway, Southern Expressway Duplication, Adelaide Airport T1 expansion, Northern Connector and Gawler Railway Electrification.
Ross has had extensive exposure across all specialities of civil construction including civil earthmoving, road and pavement construction, rail and marine work as well as concrete and structures. Skilled in contract negotiation and management, including budget &program management, Ross will work with clients to understand their key drivers, needs and expectations and ensure his team delivers this.

Kokatha/Wirangu Man. Lincoln is an experienced Civil Engineer with a demonstrated history of working across multiple sectors and disciplines specialising in construction.
Skilled in Project and Contract Management, Procurement and Tendering, Operation Coordinating, Stakeholder Engagement and Culture, Quality Assurance and Safety Management Systems.
Lincoln’s current roles and responsibilities include the Coordination of a 100% Indigenous owned South Australian company that specialises in Indigenous procurement, workforce participation, and Cultural Heritage Mitigation Strategies through working with likeminded partners and organisations.

Experienced General, Project and Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working across multiple sectors specialising in project and technology applications. Skilled in Contract Management, Negotiation, Operations Management, People and Culture, Finance Management, Facility Asset Management (FM) Quality and Safety Management Systems. Strong business development professional that is passionate about achieving outcomes.
Current roles and responsibilities include the management and leadership governance of a 100% Aboriginal owned South Australian company that specialises in Indigenous procurement, workforce participation, and Cultural Heritage Mitigation Strategies through working with likeminded partners and organisations. Current secretariat for Traditional Owners, providing governance, guidance and leadership for the community established organisation.

Allan’s extended family expands across the Northern Territory, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. Allan has over 20 years’ experience managing and coordinating jobs and training projects for Aboriginal people nationally.
