Current secretariat for Traditional Owners, providing governance, guidance and leadership for the community established organisation.

Dwayane has been working in management, project management and construction management for more than 15 years. Dwayne has extensive experience in all aspects of the civil construction industry, ranging from bulk earthworks to detailed civil construction and all underground services civil structures including bridges.
Dwayne has been involved in the management of many large-scale construction projects including the Northern Expressway, Southern Expressway, Urban Superway and most recently the Northern Connector Project. Dwayne’s ability to liaise with all stakeholders has enabled him to build strong relationships within the industry and gain the respect of his peers.
